Physical Conditioning

Our own Physical Conditioning trainers dedicate themselves to programming individual routines and exercises for every player. Every player comes with his or her initial fitness level, but this program tries to optimize each player's progress.

Coordinating the workloads of physical conditioning with the coaches on the court and the level required for long tournaments is important. Besides taking into account the calendar of tournaments, each player has their own physical and biological conditions, so it's necessary to design a plan individually and appropriately to condition each athlete physically.
